Differences between catholic Easter celebration in Germany and orthodox Easter in Greece
A big similarity at least in the Easter mass was that we both light candles when we celebrate Jesus resurrection. In the orthodox church it is even bigger and they are doing a big firework.
I personally prefer the catholic mass where the people are actively taking part in the mass. But I also see that there is maybe a bigger freedom when the people can come and leave whenever they want.
