Kilian, our spanish volunteermate informed us about the movement for the men's health, and we wanted to participate in it.
Previously we had watched a movie (What the health?), about eating habits and how you can manage to be healtier within following the vegan diet, lifestyle let's call it in a way everyone would like to.
I've been considering to try out how can I fit into my life for a long time, and I felt this is the right time.
I asked my supportive estonian volunteermate if she would like to do it with me, specially because we eat, and cook together as none of us eats meat, and both of us has almost the same eating habits.
Me and Maris decided to participate in this way for the movement, and she also challenged herself to more active in physical way, so run 100 km this months. So far she has already run 35 km, and today is the 9th of November.
